Licensing, registration and accreditation
Under the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004 the Construction Occupations Registrar has the authorisation to approve specific forms. The Registrar has approved all forms that allow individuals to apply for a licence or to request a service in regards to a licence.
Please go to the ACT Legislation Register to view all forms at: http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2004-12/af.asp. In the near future all application forms will be made into online Smartforms for applicants to fill out and the use of hard copy forms will be disallowed.
