Current technical amendments
This technical amendment (available in the link above) makes the following changes to the Phillip Precinct Code in the Territory Plan:
- Amend Rule R16 and Criterion C16 to permit development addressing Townshend Street, Colbee Court or Dundas Court up to a maximum building height of five storeys.
- Amend Rule R16 and R17 to italicise reference to storeys as a defined term.
- Add a new Criterion C17 to permit reduced setbacks for development above two storeys for sections 37, 40, 42, 46 and 112 Phillip.
The closing date for written comments was COB 01 March 2019.
