DV362 Amendments to the West Belconnen Concept Plan for Ginninderry Stage 2 Development
Variation 362 was recommended to the Minister for Planning and Land Management and subsequently approved. For more details refer to the Approved Variations page.
Variation 362 (V362) proposed to amend the West Belconnen Concept Plan for Ginninderry Stage 2 Development by making the provision of gas utility services to blocks in Stage 2 of Ginninderry Estate, West Belconnen, an optional rather than a mandatory requirement.

DV350 Changes to definition of 'single dwelling block'
Draft Variation No 350 (DV350) proposes changes to the definition of ‘single dwelling block’ including changing the name of the definition to ‘standard block’. These changes will have interim effect so any development applications lodged on or after 7 September 2018 May will be subject to the changes in DV350.

DV360 Molonglo River Reserve
Draft Variation 360 (DV360) proposes to make changes to the public land reserve overlay boundaries and a minor zone adjustment on the Territory Plan Map for the area of the Molonglo River Reserve. These amendments are necessary in order to align the Territory Plan Map with the provisions in the Molonglo River Reserve – Reserve Management Plan. The changes will fulfil the requirements for the Reserve Management Plan to be finalised and take effect.

Community engagement was undertaken in early 2018 on the Molonglo River Reserve Draft Reserve Management Plan. The ACT Parks and Conservation Service team are currently reviewing submissions received during the consultation period. DV355 Calwell Group Centre
Draft Variation 355 Calwell Group Centre (DV355) proposes changes to the Calwell Precinct Map and Code in the Territory Plan. DV355 proposes to implement the planning related recommendations of the Calwell Group Centre Master Plan 2016. It seeks to rezone land and to amend the Calwell precinct map and code consistent with the master plan.

What happens with your comments?
Comments will be made publicly available, for a period of at least 15 working days starting 10 working days after the closing date, at EPSDD’s Shopfront in Dickson and will be published on EPSDD’s website.
Can you request your comments not to be made public?
Yes, under section 411 of the Act part of the comments can be excluded and made unavailable to the public upon request. You will need to put your request in writing, clearly identifying what you are seeking to exclude and how the request satisfies the exclusion criteria. Please note that name and contact details and other personal information will not be made public unless requested.
Are the changes to the Territory Plan effective immediately?
Section 65 of the Act applies to DV355 and therefore it has interim effect. This means that the provisions of DV355 apply to development applications lodged on or after 10 August 2018.
DV345 Mawson Group Centre
Draft Variation 345 Mawson Group Centre (DV345) is incorporating the planning policy recommendations of the approved Mawson group centre master plan into the Territory Plan. It is proposing changes to zones within the Division of Mawson and amendments to the Mawson precinct map and code.
DV345 has been recommended to the Minister for Planning for determination.
