Housing targets

The ACT Government’s new annual Public, Community and Affordable Housing Target identifies the target number of dwellings set aside that year for public, community and affordable home purchase.

The target is developed annually by a reference group made up of relevant ACT Government officials responsible for affordable housing policy, land release, public and community housing, as well as representatives from the Suburban Land Agency and the City Renewal Authority.

The targets will be published annually alongside each year’s Indicative Land Release Program.
