Demonstration housing at Housing Density and Diversity Conference

In May 2020, Lea Durie (EPSDD Urban Renewal, Executive Branch Manager and Chair of the Demonstration Housing Evaluation Panel) presented on the Demonstration Housing Project at the annual Housing Density and Diversity Conference. The online event explored how the right mix of housing density, choice and supply can change a city for the better.

In November, Lea Durie (EPSDD Urban Renewal, Executive Branch Manager and Chair of the Demonstration Housing Evaluation Panel) presented on the Demonstration Housing Project at the International Urban Design Conference held in Hobart.

Demonstration Housing wins at the Planning Institute of Australia Awards (ACT)

The Demonstration Housing Project team were thrilled to win in the category of ‘Improving Planning Processes and Practices’. All Award winners now progress to the National Awards, to be announced at the 2020 PIA National Congress in Adelaide.
