The Molonglo Town Centre is being planned as the future civic, social and commercial heart of the Molonglo Valley. The recently released Molonglo Town Centre and Surrounds Master Plan provides for around 7,000 homes and a range of community facilities and services to support a growing population. The Molonglo Valley Needs Assessment informed this work by identifying the community infrastructure and facilities that may be needed across the broader district over time, helping to inform future planning and investment decisions.
