The 'Oakland' terraces are situated on a block that is equidistant to both the O'Connor and Lyneham shops. This development integrates well with the existing streetscape and provides visual interest to the street. The 2,552 m² consolidated site previously housed three homes and now contains 16 that are close to the Macarthur light rail stop, Sullivans Creek travel path and both Lyneham and Turner schools.
