'The Village' is a co-housing project in Rivett, where three homes have been placed on block of 1,094 m², where there was previously one house. This tri-occupancy development is sustainable and fits into the existing streetscape while retaining trees and green space. This development is close to walking trails and active travel routes, with a bus stop 150 m away.
