Deposited Plan Lodged with DA

This shows the proposed boundaries for blocks.

Once a DA is approved, new blocks are created and new block numbers allocated.  The Deposited Plan (DP) can then be lodged for examination showing new block numbers. Registered deposited plan numbers are used in new Crown leases.

Developer Intention

Submitted with Estate Development Plans that propose the creation of multi-unit sites. These illustrate notional building footprints, internal driveways and car parking areas. They seek to demonstrate that dwellings can be provided with suitable orientation to the street and open space frontages, maximise solar access, and appropriate vehicular and pedestrian access.

Environmental Impact Statement

The EIS or EIS exemption details the environmental impacts, public consultation that has occurred, key findings, and measures to avoid or mitigate impacts of the development proposal.

Environmental Management Plan

Environmental Report

Environmental Significance Opinion

Full Valuation Report

Hydraulics Plans

Letter of Authority to Lodge from ACTPLA

A letter stating that certain pre-conditions have been satisfied and a DA can be submitted for lodgement.

Submitted when the applicant of the DA is not the lessee or there are other owners of the land. This form must list all lessees. The form is also used when the development includes unleased land and will include the details and authority to lodge the DA from the land custodian.
