The temporary closure of the Land Planning and Building Services (LPBS) shopfront at 8 Darling Street, Mitchell has been extended due to a delay in renovation works. To access services online, visit the Access Canberra website or call 02 6207 1923 to book a face‑to‑face appointment.
Unlike NSW, the ACT doesn't register road plans as DPs. Both urban and rural Road Survey Plans are ad-hoc, and identify land that is, or will be, opened as a public road. They show the extent of the road that isn't shown on a DP.
