The temporary closure of the Land Planning and Building Services (LPBS) shopfront at 8 Darling Street, Mitchell has been extended due to a delay in renovation works. To access services online, visit the Access Canberra website or call 02 6207 1923 to book a face‑to‑face appointment.
Once the DA is approved, the government will have the block of land valued and finalise the sale by granting the lease. The valuation will be undertaken by independent valuers and will reflect the range of uses that will be included in the Lease Purpose Clause.
