Draft Major Plan Amendment 10 (DPA-10) is an Authority-initiated Major Plan Amendment.
DPA-10 proposes to amend the Territory Plan map to:
- rezone Block 5 Section 36 Forrest from PRZ2 Restricted Access Recreation Zone to CFZ Community Facility Zone to enable the site to be used for the expansion of Telopea Park School’s facilities including new indoor and outdoor spaces for performing arts and sport and recreation activities.
- rezone Block 4 (pedestrian pathway on unleased Territory Land) to CFZ to align with the proposed zoning of Block 5.
- rezone parts of the road reserve for New South Wales Circuit and Manuka Circle adjoining Blocks 4 and 5 to CFZ to align with the proposed zoning of Blocks 4 and 5.
The public consultation period for DPA-10 was available from 13 February 2026 to 30 March 2026.
DPA-10 does not have interim effect.
