Draft Major Plan Amendment 11 (DPA-11) is a proponent-initiated Major Plan Amendment. DPA-11 was accepted by the Territory Planning Authority (the Authority) on 12 November 2025.

DPA-11 proposes to amend the Territory Plan map to rezone the subject site from Community Facility Zone to Commercial CZ2 Business Zone.

DPA-11 also proposes changes to the Belconnen District Policy to include provisions pertaining to maximum building heights, active frontages, inclusion of community facilities, and limiting the overshadowing and overlooking of the school.

The public consultation period for DPA-11 was available from 13 February 2026 to 30 March 2026.

DPA-11 does not have interim effect.
