The Territory Planning Authority (the Authority) invites written comment from the public on draft minor plan amendments that are open for consultation. Draft minor plan amendments that are open for consultation are listed on this page under the ‘minor amendments open for consultation’ heading.
It is noted that not all minor amendments are released for public comment. The Planning Act defines a range of minor amendments that do not require consultation before the amendments are made. These minor amendment types are listed under Section 84 of the Planning Act 2023.
Consultation period
A minor plan amendment is open for comment for a set duration, called the consultation period, of at least 20 working days. Public comments are accepted up until 11:59pm on the consultation period end date. The consultation period end date for each draft plan amendment is available by clicking the ‘+’ button on the relevant draft minor plan amendment heading below.
Written comments that are not received by the Authority before the consultation period ends might not be considered.
