DPA-12 is a proponent-initiated draft major plan amendment.
DPA-12 was accepted by the Territory Planning Authority on 05 February 2026.
DPA-12 proposes to amend the Inner North and City District Policy in the Territory Plan to permit the use of car park on the subject site. No changes are proposed to the current zoning.
The Territory Planning Authority is providing notice that DPA-12 is open for public consultation.
Public consultation period: 27 February 2026 to 17 April 2026.
DPA-12 does not have interim effect.
