MPA-B amends the Territory Plan in the following ways:
- Rezones Forrest Section 19 Blocks 5, 6, 9, 11 and 12 from Residential RZ1 Suburban zone and Commercial CZ6 Leisure and Accommodation zone to Commercial CZ5 Mixed Use zone.
- Amends the Inner South District Policy to include site specific assessment outcomes and assessment requirements to protect amenity, including mitigating impacts of noise and overlooking from new buildings to the surrounding community and recreation uses, limiting some vehicular access, building height and the size and impacts from some commercial uses, and requiring landscaping along Dominion Circuit.
- Amends the Commercial Zones Policy to permit commercial accommodation use in the CZ5 Mixed Use zone
